<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trost executed by Reynolds & Ziska, Inc.; a
<br />Nebraska Corporation; to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated June 26, 2002 and recorded June 27, 2002 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Document #0200206827 ** in the Trost Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has
<br />requested in venting that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
