<br />Trust executed by Christine L Durand and Kenneth C Durand, Wife and Husband, whose address
<br />is 3904 Mary Ln, Grand Island, NE., as Trustor, of a Deed of Trust dated June 15, 2001 with a
<br />current principal balance of $14,892, a maximum credit line of $18,756.00, and securing the sum
<br />of $18,756.00 and entered in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 2001 -06575 on July 5, 2001, do hereby agree lo, and by this instrument do,
<br />subordinate their lien only to a certain Deed of Trust in an amount not to exceed $77,500.00
<br />executed by Kenneth C Durand and Christine L Durand, husband and wife as trustor to Central
<br />National Bank, as trustee and beneficiary dated Mat.C.x. 7 , 2003 and filed
<br />(Vk4A,C,(A- 13 aDb?i , 2003 in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as
<br />Instrument No. a, DORQ295rr all of which documents cover the following described
<br />Real Estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Eight (8) Marylane Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
