<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the _
<br />Deed of Trust dated September 4, 1992, executed by BRIAN N BULLER & SHELLY R BUFFER,
<br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, G
<br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded AS
<br />DOCUMENT #92- 107767 on the 4TH day of SEPTEMBER, 1992, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />LOTS TEN (10) AND TWELVE (12), BLOCK FOURTEEN (14), IN UNIVERSITY PLACE, AN
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
