<br />Bank Of America, FSB as Beneficiary,
<br />First American ]'itle Insurance Company as Original Trustee,
<br />filed for record on 01/1911998 and recorded, Document No 98- 100441 in the office of One Register of
<br />Deeds of the County of Hall, Nebraska, inconsideration of performance in Rill by the said Truster s of all
<br />obligations imposed by the said Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby, does hereby reconvey to said
<br />Trustor s the following described real estate, to -wit
<br />Lot 4, Pheasant Run Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />HEREBY CANCELING AND SATISFYING SAID DEED OF TRUST.
<br />Such Reconveyance is given subject to all existing liens, encumbrances, covenants and restrictions not
<br />imposed upon said property by the undersigned, and is made for the sole and only purpose of satisfying of
<br />round the aforesaid Deed of Trust.
