<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by RAYMOND J ABEL
<br />AND LINDA M ABEL HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit
<br />of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary, named therein, dated MAY 24. 1999 and recorded JUNE
<br />2 1999 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 99-
<br />105598 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />THE WESTERLY ONE FOURTH (1/4) OF THE NORTHERLY ONE HALF IN 1/2) OF

<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA EXCEPTING A CERTAIN TRACT DEEDED TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND AS SHOWN IN QUIT CLAIM DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 120, PAGE
<br />-.253.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
