<br />Legal Description: LOT (1) IN BLOCK ONE (1), KAY DEE SUBDIVISION, BEING A SUBDIVISION IN HALL
<br />COUNTY, HEBRASKA, AS SURVEYED, PLATTED AND RECORDED. SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS,
<br />RESERVATIONS, EASEMENTS, COVENANTS, OIL, GAS OR MINERAL PAGERS OF RECORD, IF ANY.
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned is successor in interest to the original Beneficiary and is the present Beneficiary under the Deed of
<br />Trust, and desires to substitute a new Trustee under said Decd of Trust in place and stead of WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL
