200302816 "Government Obligations" - shall include the following: (a) U.S. Treasury certificates, notes and bonds (including State and Local Government Series— "SLGS "); (b) Direct obligations of the Treasury which have been stripped by the Treasury itself, CATS, TIGRS and similar securities; (e) Resolution Funding Corp (REFCORP)(only the interest component of REFCORP strips which have been stripped by request to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in book entry form are acceptable); (d) Obligations issued by the following agencies which are backed by the full faith and credit of the U.S.: (i) U.S. Export-Import Bank (Eximbank)(direct obligations or fully guaranteed certificates of beneficial ownership); (ii) Farmers Home Administration (FInHA)(certlficates of beneficial ownership); (iii) Federal Financing Bank; (iv) General Services Administration (participation certificates); (v) U.S. Maritime Administration (guaranteed Title XI financing); or (vi) U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (IdUD)(Project Notes, Local Authority Bonds, New Communities Debentures-- U.S. government guaranteed debentures, U.S Public Housing Notes and Bonds- U.S. government guaranteed public housing notes and bonds). "Indenture" - this Trust Indenture and Security Agreement together with all supplements hereto. "Lease- Purchase Agreement" - the Lease- Purchase Agreement, relating to the Project, executed by and on behalf of the College, as Lessee, with the Corporation, as Lessor, which Lease- Purchase Agreement is dated as of March 1, 2003, and pertains to the Project. "outstanding hereunder" or "Bonds outstanding hereunder" - all Bonds which have been authenticated, issued and delivered under this Indenture except: (a) Bonds cancelled because of payment; (b) Bonds for the payment of which cash funds or Government Obligations shall have been theretofore deposited with the Trustee, whether upon or prior to the maturity date of any of said Bonds; and (c) Bonds in lieu of which other Bonds have been authenticated as provided under Article B hereof. "Person" - includes natural persons, firms, associations, corporations and public bodies. "Project" - the addition to the existing educational facilities of the College located in Hall County, Nebraska, and related furniture, equipment and improvements as constructed and acquired pursuant to the Lease - Purchase Agreement, including the Corporation's interest in the real estate described on Exhibit "A" hereto attached. Said building and related items are more particularly described on Exhibit "A" hereto.
