200302816 EXHIBIT "A" to Trust Indenture and Security Agreement The Project consists of a single story, masonry and steel building providing approximately 21,085 square feet of useable space and furnishings and equipment to be constructed, acquired and installed in accordance with plans prepared by Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects, LLC, of Kearney, Nebraska, and constructed under contract with Lacy Construction Company, of Grand Island, Nebraska. The site for Project is the following described real estate located in Hall County, Nebraska: Tract A: A tract of land located in the Southwest quarter of Section 29, Township 1 I North, Range 9 West of the 6th PM, Hall County, Nebraska, and is more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter comer of said Section 29; thence on an assumed bearing of S89 °57'39 "W on the South line of said Southwest quarter a distance of 1219.67 feet to a point on the Easterly right -of -way (R.O.W.) line of Tech Drive (if projected South to said South section line); thence NOl °28'46 "W on the Easterly R.O.W. line of said Tech Drive a distance of 629.14 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing on said Easterly A.O.W. line NOI'28'46 "W a distance of 196.80 feet; thence N88 °31'14 "E a distance of 196.66 feet; thence SOl °28'46 "E on a line projected along the Westerly face of the existing college building a distance of 196.80 feet; thence S88031' 14"W a distance of 196.66 feet to the point of beginning.
