Lender and Truster have entered into a Deed of Trust dated December 23, 2002 (the "Deed of Treat") which has been <br />recorded in Hall County, State of Nebraska, as follows: <br />Instrument No. 0200214510 filed December 27, 2002 in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in Hall County, Stale of Nebraska: <br />Lots Seven 171 and Eight (8), Block Two (2), Packer and Barr's Addition in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 1924 West 6th St, Grand Island, NE 6BB01. The Real Properly lax identification <br />number is 400068834. <br />MODIFICATION. Lender and Truster hereby modify the Dead of Trust as follows: <br />The principal amount of the Dead of Trust Is Increased $5,000.00 from $40,000.00 to $45,000.00. <br />CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain unchanged and in full <br />force and effect. Consent by Lender to this Modification does not waive Lender's right to require strict performance of the Deed of Trust <br />as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications. Nothing in this Modification shall constitute a satisfaction of the <br />promissory note or other credit agreement secured by the Deed of Trust (the "Note "I. It is the intention of Lender to retain as liable all <br />parties to the Deed of Trust and all parties, makers and endorsers to the Note, Including accommodation parties, unless a party is expressly <br />released by Lender in writing. Any maker or endorser, including accommodation makers, shall not be released by virtue of this <br />Madillcadon.
