<br />THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY DOLLARS ($23,660.00), receipt of which
<br />is hereby acknowledged, does hereby convey to GARY EILENSTINE and
<br />LINDA EILENSTINE, Husband and Wife, Grantee, as Joint Tenants with
<br />rights of survivorship, the following described real estate in
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lots Seventeen (17) and Eighteen (18), in Country Meadows
<br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to
<br />the same belonging, and all the estate, title, interest, claim or
<br />demand whatsoever of said Grantor, of, in or to the same, or any
<br />part thereof; subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />Grantor covenants with the Grantee that Grantor:
<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is
<br />free from encumbrances except as stated herein;
<br />(2) has good right and lawful authority to sell the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons.
