<br />CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY
<br />JANICE M. HAM, a single person, ASSIGNOR, does hereby assign to EQUITABLE
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, ASSIGNEE, as
<br />additional security for payment of a loan made to Assignor by Assignee in the amount of
<br />$ 80, 000.00 the Lease dated June 15, 1999, wherein Koester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor
<br />and Assignor is the Lessee, pertaining to the following - described premises:
<br />Lot Four (4), having a lake front footage of 50 feet and situated on the
<br />east side of the east portion of Koester Lake, and being on a part of the
<br />East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E' /:SW' /4) in Section Thirteen (13),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska; such lot is as shown on the plat in the possession
<br />of the Lessor.
<br />It is understood that if the Assignor pays said indebtedness of $ 80, 000.00 with
<br />interest and according to the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the
<br />Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of said Lease will thereafter be null and void and
<br />of no thither force nor effect.
