Whereas, William E. Langdon is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated April
<br />5, 2000, executed by Carol Blackburn and Richard Blackbum, Jr. Trustor(s) for the
<br />benefit of BWM Mortgage, LLC, filed April 6, 2000 as Inst. No. 0200002713, assigned
<br />to Wachovia Bank of Delaware, N. A., in the office of the Register of Deeds Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary has requested a reconveyance of the trust
<br />property to the person or persons entitled thereto;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said
