TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 200302727
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />JOHN E CLINCH AND BARBARA J CLINCH, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated JANUARY 26 1996 and recorded JANUARY 31 1996 in the Office of the HALL,
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document N
<br />96- 100713 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconvcyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THF,RF.FORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said'frust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:
<br />LOT THREE (3) IN BLOCK TWO (2) IN REPLAT OF RIVERSIDE ACRES AN ADDITION fO
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
