<br />You are hereby notified that Eddie P. Butler, an unmarried man, as Trustor, did on or about November 9, 2000, ��
<br />make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein
<br />said 'I rustor conveyed the following - described real property:
<br />The Westerly 13 feet and 2 inches of Fractional Lot Eight (8), and the Easterly 39
<br />feet and 8 inches of Fractional Lot Seven (7), in Block Thirteen (13), of Rollars
<br />Addition, and the Westerly 13 feet and 2 inches of Fractional Lot Eight (8), and the
<br />Easterly 39 feet and 8 inches of Fractional Lot Seven (7), in Block Four (4), in
<br />Arnold and Abbott's Addition, both being Additions to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Mountain West Financial, Inc., Beneficiary of said
<br />Decd of Trust which was recorded on November 16, 2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No 0200010040.
<br />On or about November 10, 2000, Mountain West Financial, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was recorded
<br />Novcmbcr 16, 2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200010041.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trust" has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real properly
<br />described in said Decd of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
