<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all or pan of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />Muriel J Lindsay,a single person to UNION BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, trustee
<br />and beneficiary for the benefit of UNION BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated August 1, 1994 and recorded on July 25, 1996 at the
<br />office of Register of Deeds in Hall County recorded as Doc #94- 106734 has been paid, d
<br />and said Beneficiary has requested in writing this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these
<br />presents, giant, remise, release and reconvene to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the
<br />following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />The Westerly Fifty -Nine Feet (W 59') of Lot Two (2) in Block Two (2) in Westerhoff's
<br />First Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting the
<br />Westerly Two Feet (W 2') thereof And also excepting therefrom the North Thirty Feet
<br />for street purposes.
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging
<br />to such premises.
