WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated April 27, 2001, and executed by Ryan E. Logue and Sandra
<br />Logue, Husband and Wife , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall \ '\
<br />County, Nebraska on May 4, 2001, as Instrument No. 0200104076, and Modification of said
<br />Deed of Trust dated December 16, 2002 and Entered December 23, 2002 as Instrument No.
<br />0200214333,and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Fourteen (14), Lying South of 20t' STreet, Geer Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska excepting a certain tract deeded to the City of Grand Island in Deed Book
<br />139, Page 41 and excepting a certain tract deeded to the City of Grand Island in Deed Book 160,
<br />Page 157.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
