<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHFRFAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />KIRK D SHUCK AND JULIE D SHUCK, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACI(, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated JUNE 20.2002 and recorded JUNE 25.2002 in the Office of the HALT. COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document H 0200206720
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:
<br />LOT SEVEN (7) WESTWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION, IN THF. CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY. NEBRASKA.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
