<br />F.ARL R. KNUTH and DELYCE J. KNUTH , HUSBAND AND WIFE, Tmstors, to BANK of WOOD
<br />RIVER, Trustee, for the benefit of BANK of WOOD RIVER dba HERITAGE BANK GRAND ISLAND
<br />the Beneficiary named herein, dated 3 -1 -2000, and recorded MARCH 7, 2000 in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 200001855 has been paid, and said Beneficiary
<br />has been requested in writing this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only to such premises:

<br />Page 145 and return of Appraisers recorded as document No. 83 -004754.
<br />Parcel 2: The North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N 1/2 NW 1/4) of Section Thirty Six (36),
<br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6' P.M., Hall County Nebraska,
<br />excepting therefrom tracts of land more particularly described in Return of Appraisers recorded in Book
<br />T, Page 687, Warranty Deed recorded in Book 85, Page 13, and Return of Appraisers recorded as
<br />Document No. 83- 004754.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
