<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />EARL R. KNUTH and DELYCE J. KNUTH , HUSBAND AND WIFE, Trustors, to HERITAGE BANK,
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NE, Trustee, for the benefit of HERITAGE BANK, GRAND ISLAND, NE the
<br />Beneficiary named herein, dated 7 -30 -2002, and recorded 8 -8 -2002 in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 200208282 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested in writing this Dccd of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only to such premises:
<br />Parcel 1: The South Half of the Southwest Quarter (S 1/2 SW 90) of Section Twenty Five (25),
<br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Excepting therefrom tracts of land more particularly described in Quitclaim Deed recorded in Book 109,
<br />Page 145 and return of Appraisers recorded as document No. 83- 004754.
<br />Parcel 2: The North Half of the Northwest Quarter (Nl /2 NW 1/4) of Section Thirty Six (36),
<br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6" P.M., Hall County Nebraska,
<br />excepting therefrom tracts of land more particularly described in Return of Appraisers recorded in Book
<br />T, Page 687, Warranty Deed recorded in Book 85, Page 13, and Return of Appraisers recorded as
<br />Document No. 83- 004754.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
