Palik, an Attorney licensed to practice law <br />in the State of Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated <br />October 30, 2000, executed by Deanna J. Neubauer, as Trustors, shown <br />as Instrument Number 0200009402 of the Mortgage Records in the <br />office of the County Clerk of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has <br />received from said Equitable Savings and Loan Association, the <br />Beneficiary there under a written Request to Reconvey, reciting that <br />all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that <br />the Trust Deed, and the Note secured thereby, have been surrendered <br />to the undersigned, as Trustee, for cancellation; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such requests and the <br />provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does <br />hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled <br />thereto, namely: Deanna J.
