<br />as Trustee, which was recorded as Document No. 93- 104795 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />Suite 21, "C' Windsor Square Condominium Property Regime in Unit 3. Lot 2, Block 8 Replat,
<br />Continental Gardens, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been Polly paid;
<br />NOW 'T HEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of I rust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
