<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Document No. 95- 108110 at the Register of Deeds office
<br />of Hall County dated November 28. 1995 and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reeonvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Nine (9), Block Eighteen (18) Charles Warmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />said request to reeonvey reciting that all sums secured by such Decd of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW TI IEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Decd of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reeonvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
