WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated May 29, 1997, and executed by Gary L. Sehnert and De Vonne R. Sehnert, Husband
<br />and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />which was recorded as Document No. 97-104187 at the Register of Deeds office of I lall County dated
<br />May 30, 1997 and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Four (4) in Block "E" in Parkview Subdivision, Located on a part of the Northwest Quarter (NW Ya)
<br />of Section Twenty -eight (28) and a part of the Northeast Quarter (NE' /) of Section Twenty-nine (29), all
<br />in Township Eleven (I1) North, Range Nine (9), West of the Sixth P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 28"' day of February, 2003.
