Lewis & Evelyn 1. Lewis, I lusband <br />and Wife which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was <br />recorded as Document No. 97- 107904 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County dated September <br />24, 1997 and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, <br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed off rust above <br />mentioned as follows: <br />The Northwest Quarter (N W I /4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW Ye) of Section Eight (8), Township "fen <br />(10) North, Range Nine (9) West, Hall County, Nebraska, except 2.1 Acres of Right of Way previously <br />taken by the State Highway Department and approximately Four Acres (335' East & West and 500' <br />North & South) located in the Northeast corner of Northwest Quarter (N W I /4) of the Northwest Quarter <br />(N W I/4) of Section Eight (8), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) Westin said County. And also <br />excepting Greenscape, Inc.
