Sokol and Carla A. Sokol, Husband <br />and Wife which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as "trustee, which was o <br />recorded as Document No. 95- 107290 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County dated October 26, <br />1995 and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned.
