<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated September 14, 1995, and executed by Patricia M. Hooker Trustee & Her Successors
<br />in Trust Under the Patricia M. Hooker Revocable Trust, which Five Points Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Document No. 95-106345 at the
<br />Register of Deeds office of Hall County dated September 20, 1995 and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />The East Half of the North Half of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter (E % N % W '/ NE %) of
<br />Section Ten (10), Township Eleven (1 1) North, Range Ten (10) West of the Sixth (0) P.M. in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
