Eichman, an unremarried widow which <br />.S p <br />Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as <br />Document No. 94- 107157 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County dated August 29, 1994, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, <br />as Beneficiary, written request to reeonvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above <br />mentioned as follows: <br />Lot Two (2), Block Fourteen (14), Fairview Park Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />said request to reeonvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW 'THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, <br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reeonveyance, at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska this 28 "i day of February, 2003. <br />p01N7S <br />go <br />: U <br />rn <br />m: <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />)?a <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />FIVEPOINTS ANK,TRUS'ITE <br />By: Edward M.
