WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated February 20, 2001 executed by Charles Todd Milton and
<br />Sandra U. Milton, husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is
<br />named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #200101294 in the C
<br />Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 22nd day of February, 2001, \.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit.
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section Three (3), Township Twelve
<br />(12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6'h P. M., Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described
<br />as follows: Beginning at the Northeast comer of said Section, thence S 0 °11'05" E along the East line of said
<br />Section a distance of 1942.19 feet, thence N 88 026'35" W a distance of 1781.00 feet, thence N 00 °03'37" W
<br />a distance of 1904.32 feet to the North line of said Section; thence S 89 043'28" E along the North line of said
<br />Section a distance of 99.05 feet to the Southeast corner of Section 35 of Howard County; thence S 89 038'34"
<br />E along the North line of said Section a distance of 1676.50 feet to the Northeast corner of said Section also
<br />being the Point of Beginning.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated February 20, 2001, as Document
<br />#200101294 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to all
<br />real estate not herein reconveyed.
