TRUS'TEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WIIEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by <br />GREG A. STORZ AND MARTHA G. STORZ, Husband and Wife, to Arend R. Baack, Attorney <br />at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION <br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the Beneficiary named therein, dated July 15, 1996, and <br />recorded on July 15, 1996, as Document No. 96- 105470 and re- recorded as Document No. 96- <br />106830, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, has been paid, and the said <br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reeonveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, TIIEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of <br />the Beneficiary named therein, the rndersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remisc, <br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived <br />to said Trustee by or through said 'frost Deed in the following- described premises, but only as to <br />such premises: <br />Lot Twelve (12) Ross Heights Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such <br />premises. <br />Dated this 28th day of February, 2003. <br />Arend R.
