WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among GREGORY J n
<br />POST AND PENNY L POST, husband and wife, Trustor, and Central National Bank as 'I rustee v \
<br />and Five Points Bank as Beneficiary, dated April 13, 2001 and recorded on April 18, 2001, in the "4\\
<br />office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 200103422 has r
<br />been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, TIIEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as trustee, does hereby rcconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:
