<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among JOHN D
<br />HOLLING AND AMANDA R HOLLING FORMERLY KNOWN AS AMANDA R \�
<br />BONCZYNSKI, husband and wife, Trustor, and Central National Bank as Trustee and Five
<br />Points Bank as Beneficiary, dated April 23, 2001, and recorded on April 30, 2001, in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds in IIall County, Nebraska, as Instrtanent Number 200103883 has been
<br />paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Batik, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />LOT SIX (6), BLOCK EIGHT (S) IN MORRIS FIFTH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
