<br />ADDITIONAL COVENANTS. In addition to the covenants and agmcniCuIS made in the Security
<br />Instrument, ROT.Iler and Lender further covenant and agree as follows:
<br />Except as provided below, Borrower 1113Y make a fall prepayment or a partial prepayment of principal at
<br />any time without paying any charge. However, if within the first 2 year(s) after the date Borrower executes the
<br />Note. Borrower makes a full prepayment (including prepayments occurring as a result of the acceleration of the
<br />mmun(N of the Note). Borrower must, as a condition precedent to a full prepayment, pay a prepayment charge on
<br />any amount prepaid in any 12 month period in excess of 200% of Ihc unpaid balance. The prepayment charge will
<br />rx(ual the interest that would acme during a six - month period on the Exccss Principal calculated at the rate of
<br />interest in cffoct under the terms of the Note at Ihc lime of the full prepayment.
