<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Michael L Darning, an
<br />unmarried man
<br />to United Nebraska Bank
<br />Trustee for the benefit of United Nebraska Bank
<br />, the Beneficiary named therein dated February 8, 2002
<br />and recorded February 8, 2002 in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, NE , in
<br />Book at Page 200201582 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary and named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Tnistee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />Lot Nineteen (19), Le Heights Fourth Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances elonging to such premises.
