mT pa 2 D o m o <br />Tl G <br />n z <br />m D H c o <br />I1 ::3 r T N <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE 20030241 <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under <br />the Deed of Trust dated November 17, 1997, executed by Robert Kapustka, A Single Person, as <br />Tmstor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which <br />was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Halt County Nebraska, on November 19, 1997, <br />recorded as Document No. 97- 109729 and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points <br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of frost <br />above mentioned as follows: <br />LOT EIGHT (R), ARGO FOURTH (4 "') SUBDIVISION, ALDA, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trost have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordared with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trost, the undersigned as "fmstee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons <br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 28th day of February, 2003. <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, TRUSTEE <br />By: . ody L.
