WACHOVIA BANK OF DELAWARE f /k/a FIRST UNION NATIONAL BANK OF DELAWARE' <br />f /k/a FIRST UNION HOME EQUITY BANK, GRANTOR, <br />in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION <br />received from GRANTEE, TERRY WALTER <br />conveys to GRANTEE the following described real estate (as defined in Neb.
