TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by <br />GALEN E. GERDES AND TAMERA M. GERDES, Husband and Wife, to Arend R. Baack, <br />Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the Beneficiary named therein, dated July <br />16, 1999, and recorded July 19, 1999, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska as Document 499- 107253 AND an Assignment of Mortgage /Deed of "Trust was <br />assigned to FHLMC and was recorded July 19, 1999 as Document #99107254 has been paid, and <br />the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and <br />delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of <br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, <br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived <br />to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following- described premises, but only as to <br />such premises: <br />Lot Thirty-Four (34), LeHeights Fourth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, <br />in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such <br />premises. <br />Dated this 24th day of February, 2003. <br />ArenC Baack, T�� <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) ss: <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />On this 24th day of February, 2003, before me, the undersigned, a Notary Public duty <br />commissioned and qualified for in said County, personally came Arend R.
