DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />Ervin Luth and Sharon Lath, husband and wife l�
<br />to NEBRASKA ENERGY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, Trustee for the benefit of NEBRASKA
<br />ENERGY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION the Beneficiary named therein, dated April 26, 2000 0
<br />and recorded May 11, 2000 , in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska in F= Tnstr. No. XiRW020000481 5 has been paid, and
<br />said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release
<br />and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee
<br />by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only as to such premises:
<br />Lot One (1) in Block Eleven (11), Ashton Place, an Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to
<br />said premises.
