<br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
<br />You are hereby notified that on the 25`" day of February, 2003, Equitable Federal
<br />Savings Bank, Plaintiff, fled its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against
<br />Herbert W. Reeser and LaNita K. Reeser, husband and wife; Federick Reeser and Kailia
<br />Rosser, husband and wife; and Five Points Bank, the object and prayer of which is to foreclose
<br />a certain mortgage of $46,000.00 on the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot Twenty -Three (23) and Lot Twenty -Five (25), in Block B of Parkview
<br />Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />given by Herbert V. Roeser and Emilie Rosser, husband and wife, both deceased, on the 25th
<br />day of June, 1986, to the Plaintiff, and that said mortgage was duly fled for record in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on June 30, 1986, and duly recorded as
<br />Document No. 86- 103505 of the Mortgage Records of said county thereof.
<br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due $17,412.81 on said mortgage, plus interest thereon
<br />at $3.23937 per diem commencing February 12, 2003, and the Bond it was given to secure, and
<br />it was given to secure, and it prays for the sale of the real estate above described to satisfy the
<br />amount found due on its mortgage and interest and costs of that action.
