<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, formerly known as The Farmers National Bank of Central City, by and
<br />through Gary W. Webster, it's authorized officer, as trustee under the Trust Deed dated March 7. 1997. BYO
<br />executed by Dianne S. Goedert now known as Dianne S. Rice. and Donald S. Goetlart, now deceased,
<br />husband and wife, as trustUr, in which Pinnacle Bank, formerly known as The Farmers National Bank of
<br />Central City, is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and recorded as Instrument No. 97- 101901,
<br />and Trust Deed Addendum dated March 3. 2000, executed by Dianne S. Goedert, a single person, now
<br />known as Dianne S. Rice, and recorded as Instrument No. 0200001951, has received from Pinnacle Bank,
<br />formerly known as The Farmers National Bank of Central City, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request
<br />to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed and Trust Deed Addendum, has been fully
<br />paid and that such Trust Deed and Trust Deed Addendum, has been surrendered to the undersigned as
<br />trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deed, and
<br />Trust Deed Addendum, the said bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby
<br />reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely: Dianne S. Goedert, a single
<br />Demon, now known as Dianne S. Rice, the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />LOT TEN (10), BLOCK TWENTY -EIGHT (28), GILBERT'S THIRD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this deed of reconveyance at
<br />Central City, Merrick County, Nebraska, on February 19, 2003.
