<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust ROY D STOLTENBERG and MARY P
<br />STOLTENBERG, HUSBAND AND WIFE, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED
<br />NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated April 26, 1999 and recorded April 28, 1999 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as entered instrument No. 99- 104363 of the Trust Decd Records of said
<br />County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Decd of Rcconveyence be executed and delivered.
