<br />CONCEPCION TENA. H & W as Trustor to COMMERCIAL FEDERAL BANK as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the beneficiary named therein, dated DECEMBER 11
<br />1998, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book _ Page
<br />_ or Instrument Number 98- 112365 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to
<br />NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by

<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be
<br />reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
