<br />NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the beneficiary named therein, dated APRIL 4, 2000, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book Page or
<br />Instrument Number 200002770 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment
