The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record on
<br />August 15, 2001, in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Document No. 200108189 and re- recorded on December 13, 2001 in the Register of
<br />Deeds office as Document No. 200112767, executed by Copper Eagle Brewing
<br />Company, L.L.C., as Trustor, in which Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island,
<br />is named as Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, is named as Trustee; and
<br />the Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for which nature of
<br />such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they became due. You
<br />are hereby notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by said Trust
<br />Deed is accelerated as of February 26, 2003; be notified that because of such default
<br />the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the
<br />obligations under the Trust Deed; the trust property affected is as follows:
<br />The Easterly One -Third (1/3) of Lot Seven (7), Lot Eight (8), and the
<br />Westerly One -Third (1/3) of Lot One (1), all in Block Fifty -Four (54), in the
<br />Original Town, now Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska excepting
<br />therefrom a tract of land more particularly described in Deed recorded in
<br />Book 96 -562.
