BREDTRAUER, aka Leland Bredthauer, an unmarried person ( "Grantor "), <br />in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration received from <br />BREDTRAUER BROTHERS, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company ( "Grantee "), conveys <br />to Grantee all of Grantor's undivided right, title and interest in and to the following described real <br />estate to wit: <br />Northwest Quarter (NW '/4), Section Thirty -six (36), Township Ten (10) <br />North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Grantor covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with Grantee that Grantor: <br />1. The purpose of this deed is to correct the prior Special Warranty Deed, dated <br />December 3, 1999, from Grantor to Grantee, which deed was recorded December 29, <br />1999, as Instrument No. 99112278 in the Office of Register of Deeds, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. At the time of the prior deed Grantor was an unmarried person. At all <br />times since execution and delivery of the prior deed Grantor has remained and is an <br />unmarried person; <br />1 Has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />1 Warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all persons <br />claiming by, through or under Grantor; and <br />4.
