<br />Island, Nebraska, located on the East Half of the Southwest

<br />North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />To have and to hold the above described property unto
<br />William D. Grange and Mary C. Grange, Co- Trustees of the William
<br />D. Grange and Mary C. Grange Revocable Living Trust, their
<br />successors and assigns forever;
<br />Mary C. Grange, Trustee does for herself and her successors
<br />and assigns, covenants and agrees with William D. Grange and
<br />Mary C. Grange, Co- Trustees of the William D. Grange and Mary C.
