The undersigned is Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated December 28, 1995 and executed by Ronald L. Smith <br />and Sharon K. Smith, husband and wife as Tmstors. Theodore R. Schweitz and Norma M. Schweitz, husband and <br />wife are named in the Deed of Trust as beneficiary. The Deed of Trust entered as document number 95- 108964 of the <br />Mortgage records in the office of the County Clerk/Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
