The undersigned is Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated December 28, 1995 and executed by Ronald L. Smith
<br />and Sharon K. Smith, husband and wife as Tmstors. Theodore R. Schweitz and Norma M. Schweitz, husband and
<br />wife are named in the Deed of Trust as beneficiary. The Deed of Trust entered as document number 95- 108964 of the
<br />Mortgage records in the office of the County Clerk/Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. The undersigned
<br />Trustee has received written request to reconvey from the Beneficiary.
<br />Therefore, in accordance with the request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee
<br />does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the Trustors, all of the estate and interest derived to the undersigned under
<br />the Deed of Trust in the following described real estate, to -wit:

<br />of said Section 24, a distance of 82.5'; running thence west and parallel to the north line of said Section
<br />24, a distance of 258'; running thence south and parallel to the east line of said Section 24, a distance
<br />of 82.5'; running thence east and parallel to the north line of said Section 24, a distance of 258' to the point
<br />of beginning subject to county road over the easterly 33' of said tract.
