SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT <br />v, WHEREAS, Five Points bank the undersigned, hereinafter referred to as First Party, is the owner of the � <br />mortgage dated 10 -7 -02 and recorded on the 10- 15 -02, as document No 200211015 in Vol. N/A at page N/A , in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, State of Nebraska, securing a debt in the original amount of $7,933.66 <br />and covering the following described real estate situated in Hall County , State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />LOT 11, VIRDEN SUBDIVISION 10 '1'1IL CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br />ACCORDING' 10 H IERECORDEDPLATTHEREOF <br />C }�HERFAS, Jerry R. and Michelle A.
