200302220 n <br />DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY C01 <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, the undersigned, ELMER <br />J. .BELLAMY, of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, Social Security No. <br />507 -48 -5926, have made, constituted and appointed and by these <br />presents do make, constitute and appoint LARRY E. BELLAMY, of 14188 <br />W. Airport Rd., Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska 68824, Social <br />Security No. 506 -48 -7662, my true and lawful Attorney in Fact, for <br />me and in my name, and to my use, to receive all monies that might <br />be owing to me, to enter my safe deposit box, to make deposits and <br />withdrawals from my savings accounts, to make deposits and write <br />checks on my checking accounts, in any bank or savings and loan <br />association where I may have such savings and checking accounts, to <br />endorse checks of all kinds, to redeem certificates of deposit, all <br />types of bonds, including all government obligations, to invest <br />funds belonging to me according to his best judgment and <br />discretion; to execute contracts, leases and generally manage any <br />real and personal property; to sell and convey any of my personal <br />property and any real property which I may own or in which I may <br />own an interest, individually or as a tenant in common or as a <br />joint tenant with any other person or persons, and in connection <br />with such sales, to execute deeds, bills of sale, and do any and <br />all other things necessary or incidental to the sale of any of my <br />property; to collect accounts receivable and pay creditors; to <br />receive rents and all other funds, to execute and sign in my behalf <br />all legal documents needed in the management of my affairs, <br />including the execution and signing of federal and state income tax <br />returns, estimates and declarations and to act as my Attorney in <br />Fact before the Internal Revenue Service on any tax matter for any <br />tax year; to specifically endorse all government checks, drafts for <br />Social Security benefits and insurance and Medicare benefits, or <br />interest payments due to me, and to manage my property in every <br />respect; to secure and provide for me any medical care or <br />treatment, hospital or skill- care /nursing home care and treatment, <br />as may be needed by me in the sound discretion of my Attorney in <br />Fact; hereby giving unto my Attorney in Fact full authority and <br />power to do everything requisite or necessary to be done in the <br />handling, conserving and management of my affairs and estate as <br />fully as I could or might do personally, hereby confirming and <br />ratifying all that my said Attorney in Fact shall lawfully do or <br />cause to be done hereunder, with this Power of Attorney to remain <br />in full force and effect until modified or revoked in writing. <br />This Power of Attorney shall not be affected in any manner by my <br />disability, it being my intention that the authority conferred by <br />the terms of this Power of Attorney shall be exercisable <br />notwithstanding any disability or incapacity on my part. <br />
