<br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue,
<br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee
<br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable
<br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to THE SECRETARY OF�b

<br />Assignee, Grantee, Attn: Single Family Property Disposition Branch,
<br />c/o First Preston Foreclosure Specialists, 5040 Addison Circle,
<br />Suite 400, Addison, TX 75001, without any covenant or warranty,
<br />expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate:
<br />The Southerly 47 feet of Lots One (1) and Two (2) , Block
<br />Six (6), H.G. Clark's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated December 14, 1999, and recorded on December
<br />20, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska a s Document No. 99- 111939 wherein James M. Brezenski, a
<br />single man is named Trustor; and Mountain West Financial, Inc. is
<br />named Beneficiary; and First American Title Insurance Co. is named
<br />Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on
<br />the trust therein expressed, the property above described to
<br />secure, among other obligations, payment of a promissory note of
<br />even date in the principal amount of $52,873.00 and interest
<br />thereon according to the terms thereof; that the beneficial
<br />interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by Mountain West
<br />Financial, Inc. to Fleet Mortgage Corp. by an Assignment dated
<br />December 15, 1999 and recorded on December 20, 1999 as Document No.
<br />99- 111940 in the Office Of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
