DOUGLAS DENMAN, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF

<br />DOUGLAS DENMAN, DANNY DENMAN, and DIANA NIELSEN, as tenants in
<br />common, each an undivided one -third (1 /3) interest, GRANTEES, the
<br />following described real estate (as defined in Neb.Rev.Stat. 76-

<br />The Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW1 /4
<br />SE1 /4) of Section Twenty -Two (22), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of
<br />record.
<br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEES are the persons
<br />entitled to distribution of the real estate from said estate.
<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEES that GRANTOR has legal power and
<br />lawful authority to convey and release the same.
